Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.

What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
My package was lost, stolen, or damaged?
Oh no! Please file a claim with the shipping carrier first, then contact us letting us know your order number and your specific claim number. Once we receive that, we will work together to come to the best resolution.
Returns & Exchanges
What is the return policy?
Regular priced merchandise purchased may be returned for a Store Credit within 10 business days of purchase. Store credit never expires and can be used on any in stock items. NO Refunds or adjustments. To be eligible for returns clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free with all original tags attached. All merchandise marked down from its original price is final sale and not eligible for returns, this does not include items purchased with a discount code.
How do I return an item?

How long will it take to receive my store credit?
Once we have received your return and found it meets the return requirements we will email you the store credit. This can take anywhere between 5-10 days.
